Horse Vitamin A (VA) ELISA Kit
Species Reactivity : Horse (Equus caballus; Equine)
UniProt : N/A
Abbreviation : VA
Alternative Names : N/A
Application : ELISA
Range : 1.875-30 ng/mL
Sensitivity : 1.402 ng/mL
Intra-AssayCV : ?5.2%
Inter-AssayCV : ?8.7%
Recovery : 0.99
Sample Type : Serum, Plasma, Other biological fluids
Detection Method : Sandwich
Analysis Method?? : Quantitive
Test principle : This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate VA in samples. An antibody specific for VA has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and anyVA present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conj µgated antibody specific for VA is added to the wells. After washing, Streptavidin conj µgated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of VA bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview :
Stability : The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test. Keep the kit at 37°C for 4 and 7 days, and compare O.D.values of the kit kept at 37°C with that of at recommended temperature. (referring from China Biological Products Standard, which was calc µLated by the Arrhenius equation. For ELISA kit, 4 days storage at 37°C can be considered as 6 months at 2 - 8°C, which means 7 days at 37°C equaling 12 months at 2 - 8°C).

Product Overview : Clara Cell Protein 16 concentrations have been determined in both serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in numerous studies since 1994. In serum, its increase is associated with age, asbestos, nitrogen chloride and ozone exposure, sarcoidosis and high PEEP ventilation. Decreased serum CC16 levels are found after p µLmonary resection, in silica-exposed workers, smokers and in asthma. Decreased CC16 concentrations were also found in the amniotic fluid of fetuses suffering from p µLmonary hypoplasia caused by various mechanisms (diaphragmatic hernia, diabetic fetopathy, Turner and Down syndrome). In pleural effusions, the CC16 concentration appears to be associated with its diffusion from the lung as evidenced by high CC16 levels in cardiac pleural congestion.

The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Product Overview : Ubiquitin is a protein encoded by the UBB gene.one of the most conserved proteins known. Ubiquitin is required for ATP-dependent, nonlysosomal intracell µLar protein degradation of abnormal proteins and normal proteins with a rapid turnover. Ubiquitin is covalently bound to proteins to be degraded, and presumably labels these proteins for degradation. Ubiquitin also binds to histone H2A in actively transcribed regions but does not cause histone H2A degradation, s µggesting that ubiquitin is also involved in reg µLation of gene expression. This gene consists of three direct repeats of the ubiquitin coding sequence with no spacer sequence. Consequently, the protein is expressed as a polyubiquitin precursor with a final amino acid after the last repeat. Aberrant form of this protein has been noticed in patients with Alzheimer's and Down syndrome.

Product Overview : TNFa is syntheVolumed as a 26 kDa, type II transmembrane protein that is 233 amino acids in length. It contains a 30 amino acid (aa) cytoplasmic domain, a 26 aa transmembrane segment, and a 177 aa extracell µLar region. TNFa is assembled intracell µLarly to form a transmembrane, non-covalently-linked homotrimeric protein. The 157 aa residue soluble form of TNFa (sTNF-?is released from the C-terminus of the transmembrane protein thro µgh the activity of TNFa-converting enzyme (TACE), a membrane -bound disintegrin metalloproteinase. Rat cells known to express TNF-?include B cells, colonic columnar epithelial cells, NK and CD3 CD56 hepatic natural T cells, macrophages, monocytes and monocyte-derived dendritic cells, CD4 and CD8 T cells, mast cells, neutrophils, keratinocytes, plasma cells, and adipocytes.

Product Overview : Troponin I is part of a heteromeric complex playing an important role in the reg µLation of skeletal and cardiac muscle contraction. It consists of three subunits, troponin I (TnI), troponin T (TnT) and troponin C (TnC). Each subunit is responsible for part of troponin complex function. TnI inhibits ATPase activity of acto myosin and TnT and TnI are present in cardiac muscles in different forms than in skeletal muscles. Only one tissue specific isoform of TnI is described for cardiac muscle tissue (cTnI) and this is expressed only in myocardium.Equally reactive with free cardiac troponin I (cTnI) and cTnI forming complexes with other troponin components. (In the presence of 5 mM EDTA). Antibodies are not affected by heparin, phosphorylation, oxidation and troponin complex formation. No cross-reaction with skeletal muscle troponin I.
