Test principle : This assay employs a two-site sandwich ELISA to quantitate AD in samples. An antibody specific for AD has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Product Overview : Adropin, a recently described endogenous neuroendocrine peptide, has been s µggested to play a critical role in mod µLating normal physiological processes and maintaining metabolic homeostasis.
