Background : Cell µLar oxygen sensor that catalyzes, under normoxic conditions, the post-translational formation of 4-hydroxyproline in hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) alpha proteins. Background : Receptor tyrosine kinase binding ligands of the EGF family and activating several signaling cascades to convert extracell µLar cues into appropriate cell µLar responses.
